Simple installation Rice cracker production line
The company has passed the ISO9001:2000 certification and awarded many patent rights, and get CE certificate. This machine we adpot the PLC programed control with Touchscreen, with simple operation, it can control the specific weight of the stuff very accurately.
Machine unites:
High resistance steel structure, is painted special paint to conserve for oxidize and its structure is strengthened for vibration. All surfaces that contact food, in our machine, are aluminum and stainless steel. Main structure is placed on elevated prop; all lines are provided against direct contact to floor.
THE FLOW DIAGRAM:
Steeping and milling → digester →pressing→forming →the first dryer →cooling→second dryer→baking →spray oil→ spray sugar and the dryer → Finish→ packing machine

We are the first food machine maker in China using CNC in processing machine, and we process all the parts by ourselves.
4.Packing and Loading
All of our machines would be disassembled into components, then packed into dependant wooden cases, and then load into containers.
