A: T/T,30% in advance,70% balance before delivery(Most of customers choose)

2.Q: What is your warranty condition and how is your warranty claim procedure?

A:1). Equipment warranty period is 12 months, we provide free service for the 12 months after the equipment adjustment (except the PU conveyor)

2). Free technical guidance for installation and adjustment.

3). Free layout for production line installation

4). during the warranty period, Sending engineers for free debugging of equipment after receive the buyer notice. But the buyer should pay for the cost of the technicians including the round-trip tickets,visa cost, food, accommodation and transportation abroad. And the 50$/day as individual allowance when our technicians in customer factory.

B.Warranty does not cover any consequential damages, down time or other expenses directly or indirectly resulting from break down.
C.Warranty does not include units that are subjected to misuse, neglect, abuse, improper maintenance,improper installation, unauthorized alteration, damages during transportation, power surges, poor supply voltage, chemical damages, water damage, flood or other risks.
