Textured soya protein /soya meat production line is the new extruder we specoally designed for plant protein extrusion. It process low temperature soya meal and peanut meal to meal-like food, it can be added into ham, Textured soya protein /soya meat production line, can food, fast food and deepfreeze food for more taste.
Capacity: 120-150kg/h(ZH65 Extruder), 240kg/h(ZH70 Extruder), 300-500kg/(ZH85 Extruder), 600-800kg/h(ZH95 Extruder)
Voltage: three phases:380V/50Hz, single phase: 220V/Hz. We can change it to what the customers need.
The whole line: Powder Blender →Double Screw Extruder→High Elevator→Five Layers Oven--Cooler.
